During the recent Nintendo Switch 2 direct, Nintendo provided an overview of the hardware features that players could expect from the upcoming system. It also revealed the accessories that will be available when the console releases on June 5.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will feature a 7.9 inch screen with the same thickness as its predecessor, a 1080p handheld screen, 120 FPS and HDR support, magnetic Joy-Cons, bigger SL and SR buttons, larger joy-sticks, and mouse controls for the Joy-Cons. It also includes improved speakers, a microphone, a new stand, two USB-C ports, 256 GB storage, 4K visuals in docked mode, and fan ventilation in the dock.

Nintendo also finally announced what the new C-Button for the Nintendo Switch 2 will do. It will be used for a new feature called GameChat. It functions similarly to Discord and will allow players to chat with each other, share their screens, and stream their faces while playing. Check out the trailer for GameChat below:
