Netflix released a new sneak peek clip for the Devil May Cry animated series titled “Brothers,” which sees Dante take on a demon that assumes the form of his brother Vergil.
Alongside the new sneak peek clip, Netflix is streaming the official Devil May Cry lyric video for “Afterlife” by Evanescence on YouTube. The single is also streaming on various services, including Spotify.
The Devil May Cry animated series premieres on April 3 on Netflix. Limp Bizkit’s “Rollin'” is the opening theme song. Studio Mir and Adi Shankar will produce the eight-episode series, which will have multiple seasons.
The Japanese cast for the Devil May Cry anime includes Toshiyuki Morikawa as Dante, Fumiko Orikasa as Lady, and Hiroaki Hirata as Vergil. The English cast is as follows:

- Hoon Lee as White Rabbit
- Kevin Conroy as VP Baines
- Chris Coppola as Enzo
Capcom released the first Devil May Cry game in 2001 for the PlayStation 2. The game started as a prototype version of Resident Evil 4 before evolving into its own franchise. To date, Capcom has released five entries in the series. Adi Shankar first teased the anime in 2018, around the same time Devil May Cry 5 launched.
The entire Devil May Cry series is available on most modern platforms. This includes Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, Devil May Cry 3, Devil May Cry 4, and the most recent entry, Devil May Cry 5. Lastly, Devil May Cry 5 is available now on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
