Following the TV broadcast of the final episode of Blue Box, the Blue Box production committee has confirmed that a second anime season (Season 2) will be produced. The first season of Blue Box was produced by studio Telecom Animation Film, with a total of 25 episodes across two cours.

Yūichirō Yano is the anime’s director, Yūko Kakihara is overseeing the series scripts, and Miho Tanino is the character designer. Once more, Telecom Animation Film is in charge of animation, while UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS is planning and producing the anime.
The anime is based on the original manga by Kouji Miura. The manga began serialization in 2021 and it’s still ongoing. Here’s an overview of the manga, via Manga Plus:
