The AnimeJapan 2025 stage event for the highly anticipated anime adaptation of Norishiro-chan and Setsuda’s popular manga The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses (Kizetsu Yūsha to Ansatsu Hime) announced the anime will premiere in July 2025.
The main cast members of The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses include Shunsuke Takeuchi as Toto, Iori Saeki as Ciel, Hitomi Ueda as Anemone, and Haruka Shiraishi as Gore.
As for staff, Noriaki Akitaya, known for his work on The Unwanted Undead Adventurer, will direct The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses anime at CONNECT. Michiko Yokote will handle the series scripts, while Takao Sano will handle character design.
The manga series launched in October 2022 in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine. In addition, the manga’s 10th compiled book volume released on February 7, and the 11th volume will release on April 8.
