    Sakamoto Days Anime Reveals Part 2 Key Visual and Cast Member

    The second part premieres in July.

    The staff of the Sakamoto Days anime series revealed a new key visual to preview Sakamoto Days Part 2, which premieres in July 2025 on Netflix. During the AnimeJapan 2025 stage event, it was also confirmed that Kōki Uchiyama will play the role of Gaku.

    Part 1 of Sakamoto Days ends on March 22 with the release of episode 11. New cast members for the finale of Sakamoto Days Part 1 include:

    • Yūko Kaida as Dump
    • Chiaki Kobayashi as Apart
    • Ryōta Takeuchi as Minimalist
    • Kōsuke Toriumi as Saw

    When Part 2 arrives, New episodes of Sakamoto Days will likely continue to premiere Saturdays at 6:00 a.m. PST / 9:00 a.m. EST on Netflix with English subs and English dubs. In Japan, the anime will air on TV Tokyo and affiliate channels. 

    The main cast of Sakamoto Days includes:

    • Tomokazu Sugita as Taro Sakamoto
    • Nobunaga Shimazaki as Shin Asakura
    • Ayane Sakura as Lu Shaotang
    • Nao Tōyama as Aoi Sakamoto
    • Hina Kino as Hana Sakamoto
    • Ryōta Suzuki as Heisuke Mashimo
    • Miyari Nemoto as Piisuke

    Developer GOODROID will release its new Sakamoto Days Dangerous Puzzle mobile game on April 2 in Japan. Sakamoto Days Dangerous Puzzle is a matching puzzle game where players can defeat enemies with special movies. Players can team up to build a strong assassin team, and main characters from the anime and manga series will appear alongside all-new original assassins.

    16 volumes of Sakamoto Days have been released in Japan thus far, with 14 being available in English right now through VIZ Media. Here’s an overview of the first volume from VIZ Media:
