The LEGO Group and The Pokémon Company have announced that LEGO Pokémon sets will release in 2026. The former also released a teaser for the upcoming sets, teasing a LEGO version of Pikachu.

The collaboration is part of a multi-year deal between the two companies. In a statement, Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer of the LEGO Group, said the following:

Gaku Susai, Chief Product and Experience Officer at The Pokémon Company International, also stated:

In the past, LEGO has worked with Nintendo on a LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System, as well as sets based on Animal Crossing, Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and more. In the coming months, they will release sets based on the Game Boy system.
