Phoenix Labs has announced that after six years, Dauntless will be shutting down on May 29. The game will no longer receive any new content or updates. Further, Dauntless will no longer be available to download after shutting down on May 29.
Dauntless initially released on PC via the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2019. The game would later release on Steam in 2024. The store page describes it as follows:

Lastly, Dauntless is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The game will go offline on May 29.
