Sung Jinwoo will be up against an entire hordes of high orcs led by Kargalgan in Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From The Shadow- episode 18, and Cha Hae-in will be heading his way. This will be one of the most intense episodes of Solo Leveling yet, and Final Weapon has everything you need to know before the episode 18 premiere.
In Solo Leveling episode 17, Cha Hae-in was surprised by how good Sung Jinwoo smells, which is surprising since all hunters she’s encountered have reeked. She has a supernatural sense of smell, and Jinwoo wonders if this is due to him being the Player. However, the mining job needed to be the priority, and he volunteers to haul equipment for Son Kihoon’s A-Rank strike team.
It should be an easy job, but Jinwoo begins to get an uneasy feeling inside the dungeon. Jinwoo’s instincts were on point, as a bunch of collared jackals launched an ambush. In addition, Jinwoo and the other hunters have to fight off high orcs. Retreat is not an option, as the dungeon’s gate is blocked back a powerful barrier. To make matters worse, the great orc sorcerer, Kargalgan, appears and bids them welcome to his domain.

Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- episode 18 will premiere on Saturday, February 8 at 9:30 a.m. PST / 12:30 p.m. EST on Crunchyroll. Episode 18 is officially titled “Don’t Look Down on My Guys.” New episodes of the Solo Leveling anime are available with English subs first, with English dubs following up at a later date.

What to Expect in Episode 18
From what was shown in the preview, Kargalgan is going to taunt Jinwoo as he fights waves and waves of high orcs in what appears to be a booby-trapped throne room. Kihoon is also going to take part in the massive brawl, but it’s clear that Jinwoo will be the star of the show as he unleashes his abilities.

Meanwhile, Hae-in is going to do a lot of fighting on her own, as she attempts to reach Jinwoo and Kihoon. Jinwoo might not need the help, however, since he’s not really breaking a sweat against all of those enemies in the preview.
