TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2025 organizers Phoenixx Inc. announced the special stage events lineup for the digital and in-person Japanese event, which takes place from Saturday, March 8th to Sunday, March 9, 2025 in Kichijoji, Musashino City.
On March 8, TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT 2025 attendees can catch the “Indie Game Journal” stage, which includes live gameplay sessions of new indie titles on the showfloor. Publishers like Cygames and Bandai Namco will be there to reveal the inner workings of publishing studios as well.
In addition, select VTubers from NIJISANJI will battle it out alongside attendees in the special Blazing Sails “Kisshouji Pirate King Playoff” on-site event on March 9. Attendees can participate in the “Strongest King Match” in fast-paced RTS game Jelly Troops, which is presented by Bandai Namco’s GYAAR Studio.
Moreover, Indie Game Journal continues with a second part that will showcase games to fans watching at home. The TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT AWARD will be held on the public day (March 9) to celebrate unique and compelling indie games developed by creators around the world.
Fans can tune into the TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT YouTube livestream for the latest indie game updates from Japan. Lastly, tickets are now on sale for Business Day (March 8) and General Admission Day (March 9).
