Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA has delayed the release of Venus Vacation PRISM: DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme from March 6 to March 27. Alongside the delay, several new details about the game were revealed.
According to producer Yasunori Sakuda, Venus Vacation PRISM: DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme was delayed to ensure better quality and develop more episodes. The game will feature new hairstyles, including ponytails and updos, that can be unlocked alongside outfits. Once more, there’s no gacha or gift elements, so players can unlock outfits by gaining more fans and meeting in-game conditions.
One of Venus Vacation PRISM: DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme’s new mini-games is Sit-Ups. Press the button at the right time to cheer the girls on as they do sit-ups. Players will see the girls’ sweat partially soak their outfits, and their faces can get intimately close to you as they work out.
Koei Tecmo also revealed a collaboration with illustrator Yom. The collaboration brings special outfits designed by Yom for the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition. The outfit’s tights can be changed in five denier levels, and the color can be switched between black or beige. There are also special episodes for the collaboration.

As previously detailed, players will be able to build special relationships with six romanceable characters: Nanami, Honoka, Tamaki, Elise, Fiona, and Misaki. In some in-game episodes, Venus Vacation PRISM: DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme players can enjoy mini-games like Hand Sumo or Water Fight.
Venus Vacation PRISM: DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme launches on March 27 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and DMM Games Player in Japan and Asia. The Asia version will support an English language option.
