Toei has announced that a You and Idol Precure anime film will release in Fall 2025. The film is tentatively called You and Idol Precure the Movie. The anime’s staff will confirm more details about the film soon.
The You and Idol Precure anime will air on February 2. The anime will mark the 22nd in the Precure franchise. The cast includes Misato Matsuoka as Cure Idol/Uta Sakura, Minami Takahashi as Cure Wink/Nana Aokaze, and Natsumi Takamori as Cure Kyun-Kyun/Kororo Shigure.

The most recent Precure series, Mahō Tsukai Precure!!: MIRAI DAYS, aired on January 11, 2025. The anime serves as the sequel to the Maho Girls Precure! anime. Maho Girls Precure initially aired from 2016-2017. The series is the thirteenth installment in the long running Precure franchise.
