Mutsumi Sasaki returns to the Memories Off series as the game’s character designer. Steins;Gate series main writer Naotaka Hayashi returns as the scenario writer of Memories Off Sousou: Not always true. Moreover, Science Adventure series composer Takeshi Abo is in charge of the game’s soundtrack.
