Just two days ahead of the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 premiere, SEGA released a free content update for Sonic Dream Team featuring playable Shadow, new challenges, a revamped tutorial, and much more.
The new Sonic Dream Team “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” update introduces Tails’ Challenges starring Shadow as a playable character. Complete these special levels to earn rewards and unlock Shadow for use in Adventure mode. Shadow can manipulate time with Chaos Control and Chaos Shift, which will prove to be vital in reaching goals.
Moreover, a new set of Powers is available, including Quick Grind, Perfect Jump, Chain Attack, and Perfect Boost for all characters. Shadow has access to the exclusive Double Chaos Shift and Extended Chaos Control Powers.
The update also introduces six new Shadow themed statues, fan-favorite music tracks, and a fully reworked tutorial level. The new tutorial level should help new players get accustomed to the game even quicker.
