The lineup for EVO Japan 2025 is now official. Seven fighting games, including two “5-on-5” team battles, are in the mix. EVO Japan 2025 will occur from May 9-11 at Tokyo Big Sight, officially known as Tokyo International Exhibition Center.
Registration is open until April 7 at 8:59 PM CST for those interested in attending. Check out the website for more information.

Listed below is the full game lineup of EVO Japan 2025:
- Street Fighter 6
- Tekken 8
- Guilty Gear Strive
- The King of Fighters XV
- Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
- Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. (5-on-5 Team Battle)
- Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike (5-on-5 Team Battle)
Aside from EVO Japan 2025, there will be multiple EVO events in 2025, according to Richard “The Hadou” Thiher, the general manager of EVO. Here are the EVO locations listed below:
- EVO Los Angeles, California (FGC Award Show Happening in February)
- EVO France (October 10-12)
- EVO Las Vegas (August 1-3)

Last year, EVO 2024 had over 10,000 registered entrants, which breaks the record for the biggest esports event in history. There are 16,231 total bracket entries, and many games on the lineup have set huge records. EVO officials stated that the arcade, casual matches, and side tournament area was the largest in the tournament series’ history.
