7QUARK announced the “Final Push” Kickstarter campaign for action RPG Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is now live alongside a free demo for the PC (Steam) version. The game is now scheduled to launch in March 2025 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The new Kickstarter campaign will fund the final stages of development for Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade. The $51,391 funding goal is about to be met, meaning that development will continue unabated for all platforms. Those who back the game on Kickstarter will receive a digital copy, along with other goodies like 4K wallpapers, digital soundtracks and artbooks, and much more.
In the meantime, players may try out the free Steam demo. In the Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade demo, players can experience the game as its three protagonists: Shigure, Sara, and Taketora. These characters are voiced by renowned Japanese voice actors Yoko Hikasa, Ayana Taketatsu, and Rikiya Koyama, respectively.
Lastly, here’s an overview of the game, via 7QUARK:
Set in the Edo period, Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is a Japanese-style action RPG featuring roguelite mechanics. The story follows the invasion of the mortal realm by the sovereign of all demons, Nine-Tailed Fox, shattering centuries of coexistence between humans and demons.
Players take on the roles of three protagonists—Ninja Girl, Oni Emissary, and Demon Samurai—each wielding utterly distinct weapons including the Demon Blade, Dual Blades, and Bow. Battling countless fiends, they embark on a journey through cycles of life and death to restore peace.
