Bandai Namco revealed new details about the Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash Shibuya Incident DLC and free update, which both release on November 21. The DLC will adapt the anime and manga’s acclaimed arc into the game’s story mode.
The Shibuya Incident DLC for Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash will add playable characters Mei Mei, Naobito Zen’in, and Choso, along with the Shibuya Incident story scenario. Players also have access to additional outfits, titles, menu customization options, and more with the new DLC.
A free update will be available alongside the DLC. The update will introduce Ultimate Mechamaru as a free playable character, along with additional stages from the Shibuya Incident arc. Mei Mei, Naobito Zen’in, Suguru Geto?, Dagon, Mahoraga, and more will also be added as additional enemies in online co-op mode. Like the DLC, players can expect more customization items with the update.

In previous updates, three new characters were added with the Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash Hidden Inventory/Premature Death DLC, such as Young Goji, Young Geto, and Toji. Momo and Mai were added for free, followed by the release of free update 2 with Kamo Noritoshi and update 3 featuring Miwa Kasumi.
Fans may also look forward to Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Hidden Inventory/Premature Death compliation film in 2025. A premiere date for this film may come during MBS Anime Fes. 2025 on January 18, since it features Jujutsu Kaisen as part of the lineup.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
