The TGS 2024 SNK Special Program revealed much news for The King of Fighters XV, including an upcoming balance patch. The developers also showed a sneak peek of the character designs and models for Vice and Mature. Moreover, SNK added Samurai Shodown as an additional tournament title for the SNK World Championship.

Pictured above are the character design sheets and 3D models for Vice and Mature. The developers are still working on these characters, so they ask for your patience. Both characters will release simultaneously in December 2024. SNK did not reveal a gameplay trailer, but stay tuned for future updates!
Additionally, every character in KOFXV will receive balance adjustments in the Vice and Mature patch. According to the developers, more details will be revealed in the future.
King of Fighters XV is the latest installment in the iconic King of Fighters series, developed and published by SNK. Launched in 2022, KOFXV continues the series’ tradition of 3-on-3 team-based fighting gameplay, allowing players to select a team of three characters to compete in matches. The game features a robust roster of fighters, combining classic characters beloved by fans with new faces.
