Ubisoft has announced that Star Wars Outlaws will be available on PC via Steam on November 21. Additionally, they have confirmed that patches for the game will release in the coming weeks and months. These patches will polish the experience further for both active and new players. The Ubisoft press release states the following about the announcement:
“Despite solid ratings (Metacritic 76) and user scores across the First Party and Epic stores (3.9/5) that reflect an immersive and authentic Star Wars universe, Star Wars Outlaws initial sales proved softer than expected. In response to player feedback, Ubisoft’s development teams are currently fully mobilized to swiftly implement a series of updates to polish and improve the player experience in order to engage a large audience during the holiday season to position Star Wars Outlaws as a strong long-term performer. The game will be available on Steam on November 21.”
There are three versions of Star Wars Outlaws available now. These versions are called Standard, Gold, and Ultimate. The standard edition includes the base game and costs $69.99. The gold edition includes the base game, three days early access, and the season pass for $109.99.
Finally, the ultimate edition includes the base game, season pass, three days early access, digital art book, and two cosmetic packs. You can order any of the three editions now at select local and online retailers.
The PlayStation Store describes the game as follows:
