SEGA and ATLUS announced a Metaphor: ReFantazio manga adaptation will be published by Shueisha. The manga series will be illustrated by Yōichi Amano, who previously worked on Akaboshi: Ibun Suikoden and Ana no Mujina.
The Metaphor: ReFantazio manga will be serialized in Shueisha’s monthly V-Jump magazine. More information will be revealed at a later date, so stay tuned. In the meantime, check out the new illustration for the manga, via Studio Zero’s Twitter account:
A demo of Metaphor: ReFantazio will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2024, which runs from September 26 to 29 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Moreover, the SEGA / ATLUS Special Program at Tokyo Game Show 2024 will reveal new information on upcoming games from the companies. Freelance announcer Saya Hiyama will host the show with voice actor Daisuke Namikawa (Yu Narukami in the Persona 4 series) The show will be held on September 27 from 19:00 to 21:00 JST.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows (Microsoft Store).
