Guilty Gear Strive revealed some new information from the latest TGS 2024 Developer’s Backyard, including the release date for Dizzy. Arc System Works also previewed her character intro and Chipp Zanuff’s new special move that will arrive in the next update. Additionally, the second open beta test of the 3v3 mode will be held from November 8-11.
Guilty Gear Strive Developer’s Backyard – Dizzy Release Date, New Chipp Zanuff Special Move, and More


Dizzy arrives in Guilty Gear Strive on October 31 as the first DLC character of Season 4. Arc System Works unveiled a detailed roadmap of the rest of the Season 4 DLC characters’ release dates:
- Venom – Early 2025
- Unika – Spring 2025
- Lucy – Summer 2025

Moreover, Chipp Zanuff will receive two new special moves in Season 4 called “Tightrope” and “Tightrope” run. Check out the footage below:

Tokyo Game Show 2024 will be happening throughout the weekend, and Arc System Works has much more to reveal. Titles such as Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes, Double Dragon Revive, River City Saga: Three Kingdoms Next, and many more will receive news.
Also, Arc System Works previously announced that Guilty Gear Strive is coming to Nintendo Switch on January 23, 2025. The Nintendo Switch version will cost $59.99 and include all 28 characters released up go this point.
Lastly, Guilty Gear Strive is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows.
