Tekken 8 revealed on the latest Tekken Talk Live that they will introduce a new feature that allows players to change the character that appears on the main menu. Players can make any playable character appear on the menu, including their skins. This update is sure to please many players, as many have wanted it for a while.
Additionally, new additions to the game such as online training mode, NIKE sneakers customization, and GENTLE MONSTER sunglasses are coming soon. It’s also noted in the Tekken Talk Live that stage variations can be selected on the stage select screen in the upcoming update.
All of these brand-new features will be available to download on Heihachi’s release.
Tekken 8 Main Menu Character Change Screenshots
Just recently, Bandai Namco announced Tekken 8 DLC character Heihachi Mishima will release on October 3 as paid content. Heihachi will be available four days earlier on September 30 for Character Year 1 Pass owners. Check out his gameplay trailer below:
On September 30, a free Tekken 8 update will be released alongside early access for Heihachi Mishima. The update will add the story chapter “Unforgotten Echoes” for The Dark Awakens.
