SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio confirmed that Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2024. It will be playable at the SEGA and PlayStation booths in the Makuhari Messe, from September 26 to 29 in Chiba, Japan.
According to PlayStation on Twitter, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is playable at its booth, and a stage presentation will be held on September 28 from 12:30 to 13:10 JST. At the SEGA booth, players may enjoy photo opps, various stage events, and free items after trying out the hands-on demo, according to RGG Studio on Twitter.
Director Ryosuke Horii notes that the Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Tokyo Game Show 2024 demo contains a variety of content. This includes new karaoke songs, exploration, and returning mini-games like Dragon Kart. In addition, Horii encourages fans to play as long as they would like on Twitter.
A Digital Deluxe Edition will be sold for $74.99 featuring the Legendary Pirate Crew Pack, Legendary Outfit Pack, Ship Special Customization Pack, Extra Karaoke & CD Pack, and the Ichiban Kasuga Pirate Crew & Special Outfit pre-order bonus. Moreover, digital pre-orders are live in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam.
Further, physical editions will be sold as well. A Collector’s Edition will be sold featuring an acrylic stand, pirate flag, treasure coin pin, eye patch, and Deluxe Edition DLC voucher.
