LEVEL-5 announced Holy Horror Mansion, a “ghost craft RPG” and major cross media project. The company did not reveal a release date or platforms for the new RPG.
According to LEVEL-5 CEO Akihiro Hino, Holy Horror Mansion aims to bring the whole family together to enjoy a new experience, from story down to game design. LEVEL-5 is partnering with top entertainment companies to make this its biggest cross media project yet. A showcase will be held in spring 2025 to reveal merchandise and media plans.

The young hero, who lives in a mansion atop the apartment building owned by his grandma, finds a camera in a locked room, encounters a ghost and gets caught up in all kinds of turmoil!
The LEVEL-5 Vision 2024: To the World’s Children event brought updates on many of the company’s new games. These new games include DECAPOLICE, FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, Megaton Musashi: Wired, and Professor Layton and The New World of Steam. Many of these titles were delayed from their original 2023 release window, including DECAPOLICE.
LEVEL-5’s next biggest game, DECAPOLICE, has been delayed to 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Fans can expect more details about this game in 2025 as well.
