Netmarble released a grand story update for Solo Leveling: ARISE, marking the debut of Baran the Demon King. Main story chapters 19 and 20 adapt the climactic saga where Sung Jinwoo faces Baran.
The new story update for Solo Leveling: ARISE also adds Dark-element SSR character Harper, followed by his sister, Dark-element mage Charlotte, on September 19. In addition, the update introduces exclusive weapons for the new hunters, “Mischievous” for Harper and “Prankster” for Charlotte. Sung Jinwoo’s max level has been increased to level 90 as well.
The maximum Activity Fund Tier and Gate Difficulty were extended to tier 43 and difficulty 38 respectively. Shadow Soldier Bigrock is also coming soon, according to Netmarble. Various in-game improvements were made with the latest update, including the ability to start fresh Instance Dungeons and Encore Missions. Enhancements to Battlefield of Time Mode, Power of Destruction Mode, and the Guild system were made, too. Guild Skills can bring new buffs to guild members, and guild members can now challenge the Guild Boss repetitively.
Three Full Moon events are now live through October 3, offering the following rewards:
- Full Moon Check-In Gift: Receive various rewards including Rate Up Draw Tickets simply by checking in the game during the event period.
- Full Moon Daily Missions: Clear daily missions to obtain [Hunter] Mana Power Elixir III, Mana-imbued Fabric, and more.
- Full Moon Collection Event: Clear Gates, Instance Dungeons, and Encore Missions to earn event items that can be exchanged for valuable rewards such as Mana Power Extract.
Lastly, Solo Leveling: ARISE is available right now for Android, iOS, and PC via Windows. The Steam version is coming soon.
