Bandai Namco released a new gameplay trailer for Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream showcasing the mysterious Death Gun. Death Gun is voiced by Soichiro Hoshi.
In Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream, Death Gun is a precise and powerful Ranger class character with an unquenched thirst for killing. He’s excels in long-range and mid-range encounters, but he can also gain a surprising upper hand in close ranges as well.

As previously announced, the Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream open network test will be held from September 20 to September 22. The open network test will allow players to test out the game, including content that supports up to 20 players. High difficulty raids featuring the Skull Reaper and Sword Golem bosses are included.
Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream players will receive a bonus in-game costume for having save data from Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. PlayStation Plus members may catch up on the series by downloading Sword Art Online: Last Recollection, Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris and Sword Art Online: Integral Factor.
The previous trailer for Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream featured Oberon, the King of Fairies. Oberon is voiced by renowned voice actor Takehito Koyasu. In the game, Oberon is an arrogant Mage character with powerful magic spells. Despite wielding a sword, he would rather not use it for physical labor.
Lastly, Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream will release on October 4 for the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
