During an Anime Expo 2024 panel, Crunchyroll confirmed that Fire Force Season 3 will premiere in April 2025 as a split-cour season. The second cour of the anime will begin roughly half a year later in January 2026.
Crunchyroll unveiled a new trailer at Anime Expo 2024 to prepare fans for the upcoming season premiere next year. In addition, a new key visual was revealed to the audience attending the panel, and Crunchyroll shared it with Fire Force fans around the world.

Tokyo is burning, and citizens are mysteriously suffering from spontaneous human combustion all throughout the city! Responsible for snuffing out this inferno is the Fire Force, and Shinra is ready to join their fight.

Fire Force Season 3 was initially announced back in May 2022, following the final volume’s release. The anime was announced alongside the Fire Force: Enbu no Sho mobile game.
