Type-Moon has shared a new message from Kinoko Nasu to celebrate the release of Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-! Nasu said the following in his message on today’s release: “Thank you for waiting! Now, let us go to the golden moon!” For those unfamiliar, Kinoko Nasu was the writer of both the original Tsukihime and Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-.

Physical Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- Limited Editions are also available now for $79.99. Limited Edition contents include the physical game, special material book Tsukihime -material of blue glass moon-, and a collector’s box.
Released in August 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan, Tsukihime -A piece of blue grass moon- is the first half of Type-Moon’s Tsukihime remake project. The remake includes a rewritten scenario by Kinoko Nasu with new characters and plot changes. The game’s story follows Shiki Tohno, a high school student who “sees the lines of death” after an accident in his childhood. The remake features the Near Side routes featuring heroines Arcueid Brunestud and Ciel.
Type-Moon fans may also look forward to the release of Fate/stay night Remastered for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. This remaster is based on Fate/stay night Réalta Nua, which was released for PlayStation 2. In this version, adult content was removed, and the three separate routes were split between three separate episodes instead of one main title.
Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- is available now for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in English. A PC version is rumored, but Aniplex has not outright confirmed a PC release yet.
