Kindred Vale Announced by stillalive studios, Pre-Registration Available Now on Kickstarter

A new cozy game heading to Kickstarter this Fall.

This morning, stillalive studios has announced Kindred Vale, an all-new cozy life simulator set in the Australian Alps. This is the first ever cozy life-sim set in the Alps, which will make for a unique experience for cozy game fans.

In the town of Kindred Vale, a world of humans and spirits awaits. A long time ago, humans and spirits lived in harmony before a rift tore them apart. The two worlds were completely separate – that is until you arrived in town. For some reason, your character can see these spirits when no one else can. You’ll need to befriend these spirits and utilize their unique abilities to help the town of Kindred Vale thrive and reunite again.

A first look at the game is available below via the stillalive studios YouTube channel:

Kindred Vale has many features, including crafting furniture and decorations, gathering cooking ingredients, fishing, cooking, and even playing mini-games. As you build bonds with the people in town, you can give them gifts and level up your relationships. There are even plans in the future after release to continue adding new areas, new secrets, and new stories to gradually grow the world of Kindred Vale.

Additionally, one of the major features of the game is using the magic of the spirits. These creatures offer unique gifts, including flight, underwater swimming, and many more. Each spirit was inspired by folkloric spirits in the Alps!

As of now, the Kickstarter campaign for Kindred Vale will launch in September. Pre-registration is available now, which allows you to receive notifications the second the campaign goes live.

Kindred Vale will launch for PC via Steam. You can wishlist the game on Steam here.
