Rocket Panda Games announced Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate will release on February 13, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Ultimate is an enhanced remaster of the original game, which was delisted this past March. The remaster features a retuned battle system, eight player co-op, playable enemy characters, an enhanced original soundtrack, and a new opening song. All new opening song performed by the Phantom Breakers group, consisting of the in-universe characters Mikoto, Waka, Itsuki, Yuzuha, and Maestra.
Players can pre-order the Standard Edition ($39.99) and Ultimate Edition ($109.99) right now. The Ultimate Edition includes a set of exclusive items such as a Mikoto figure, original soundtrack CD, an artbook, and a collector’s box. A Digital Edition ($24.99) is also available for pre-order, with more details made available at the game’s official website.
