SEGA and ATLUS have revealed its plans for Anime Expo 2024, which include panels for Sonic the Hedgehog, Metaphor: ReFantazio, and more. Fans may also visit the SEGA/ATLUS booth to try out Metaphor: ReFantazio.
At Anime Expo 2024, ATLUS Presents: The World of Metaphor: ReFantazio will be held on July 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. PT at the Petree Hall. Director Katsura Hashino and character designer Shigenori Soejima will reveal new information and footage. Fans may also look forward to the third Metaphor: ReFantazio ATLUS Exclusive Showcase.
The SEGA Presents: A New Era of Shadow – Shedding Light on the Ultimate Life Form will follow up on July 6 at 12:30 p.m. PT at the Petree Hall. Sonic Team creative officer Takashi Iizuka, Shadow and Maria voice actors Kirk Thornton and Stephanie Sheh, and Studio Giggex directors Alan Wan, Kevin Molina-Ortiz, and Christopher Luc will discuss all things Shadow, including his story in Sonic x Shadow Generations and the new animated short.
In Anime Expo Lounge 21, the Essence of Fandom Party – Like A Dragon & Yakuza Experience will be held on July 6 from 8:00 p.m. to July 7 at 2:00 a.m. PT. Series chief producer Hiroyuki Sakamoto and Kazuhiro Nakaya, the voice actor of Ichiban Kasuga and Akira Nishikiyama, will be present alongside host and Master of Ceremonies, VampyBitMe.
The SEGA/ATLUS booth #3720 is located inside the Exhibit Hall at the Los Angeles Convention Center, featuring the first public demo for Metaphor: ReFantazio in North America. Play inside a replica Gauntlet Runner and receive a free notebook for trying out the game. Fans may also look forward to Persona 3 Reload and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance photo ops with cosplayers.
