Developer and publisher Type-Moon has announced that a new Type-Moon Times presentation is set to air at FGO Fes. 2024 on August 3. New information on Fate/stay night Remastered will be announced, which will likely include a release date for the title.
This release will mark the third major Type-Moon title to make its way to the West. Type-Moon first began this initiative with Witch on the Holy Night, which released in December 2022 for PS4 and Switch simultaneously in Japan and in the West. The next release is set for this week, with 2021’s Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- finally releasing in English for the first time across Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
Fate/stay night Remastered was announced in January of this year as part of the Fate 20th Anniversary stream hosted by Type-Moon and Aniplex. The game is set to be playable in English for the very first time with this release, with the remaster based on Fate/stay night Réalta Nua, the PlayStation 2 version of the original game. As of now, the game is set to release on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Information regarding physical copies will likely be revealed in this Type-Moon Times presentation on August 3.
