SEGA and ATLUS have released a new “Daily Demon” video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, introducing the demon Metatron. This demon was previously featured in the original Shin Megami Tensei V.
The June 10 Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance introduced Senri are yokai that are a result of extremely old mountain cats that undergo a spiritual transformation. They take on the form of beautiful young women and seduce unfortunate men who wonder into the mountains. Senri also have incredible magic powers, placing them in the highest rank of bakeneko.

Returning in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, Metatron is the greatest and most enigmatic angel of the hierarchy. He’s also known as the Face of God and the Angel of Contracts. Although he’s responsible for maintaining the world, it’s believed that he’s cruel in his actions toward humanity.

Fans in Japan may attend ATLUS Fes, which will be held from June 8 to June 9 in Akihabara to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the company. The event will feature demos for both Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio. Alongside the demos, attendees can expect merchandise sales, stage events, and exhibitions for the Persona series.
Sales of the original Shin Megami Tensei V for Nintendo Switch will cease on June 13, just one day before the launch of Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. Sales of Shin Megami Tensei V’s DLC will also cease completely in the Nintendo eShop.
Lastly, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 14 worldwide.
