Tekken 8 revealed the patch notes for the upcoming update 1.05.00 on Bandai Namco’s website. The new update will include additional items to the TEKKEN SHOP, functional improvements, and bug fixes. Additionally, players can also look forward to moves being adjusted for some characters. This news comes from Tekken‘s official X/Twitter account.
Recently, Bandai Namco talked about how they wanted to address key issues in this patch that players pointed out. Some players talked about how the game is too aggressive, while others mentioned that combos are way too strong. This patch aims to address some of those concerns while also adding more content.

The new items that will be added to the TEKKEN SHOP will be two new costume packs for all playable characters, a legacy costume for Asuka, and one free avatar customization item. Furthermore, Bandai Namco announced many functional improvements and bug fixes will be coming. In particular, the game’s training mode and Steam version received many changes. For Steam players, the graphics settings will automatically lower if the processing load is extra high. Additionally, the training mode now saves punishment and defense settings for certain characters. Additionally, Bandai Namco recently unveiled the roadmap for the rest of season 1 for Tekken 8. Many free updates will arrive throughout the year, and brand-new characters will also be introduced. The incoming DLC character Lidia Sobieska arrives soon, so stay tuned.
