Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 have released Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections DLC Pack 2 featuring DLC character Isshiki Otsutsuki. The game’s newest update, version 1.20, also introduces the Ninja Battle in-game event.
Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections features the largest playable roster in the entire Ultimate Ninja Storm series. However, this roster will continue to grow with post-launch DLC support via the Season Pass. The launch of DLC character Hagoromo Otsutsuki on January 25 marked the beginning of seasonal DLC releases for the game.
Isshiki Otsutsuki Joins Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections
The version 1.20 update for Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections adds support for DLC Pack 2 featuring Isshiki Otsutsuki. Isshiki features exclusive Awakening Mode attacks “Instant Earth Burial” and “Daikokuten,” and the DLC also includes twelve matching voice lines, five exclusive Isshiki Ninja Info card images, and the Boruto Uzumaki (Time Travel) and Sasuke Uchiha (Time Travel) costumes.
Moreover, a special Ninja Battle event will now take place throughout the year in Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections. In Ninja Battle, players join one of two camps based on a proposed question or scenario, From now until April 2, players may join the “Which ninjutsu would you use to deliver the final blow, Rasengan or Chidori?” Ninja Battle event and get rewards by participating.

Fixed Issues Related to Battle
Fixed an issue where the recovery speed after substitution gauge recovers differed depending on the frame rate. This has resulted in a faster recover speed at 30 FPS.

Priority attack decisions are now made when leader change hits and when leader change attacks are made during aerial combos.
Increased the recovery speed of support gauge after leader change.
Adjusted the recovery speed of support gauge after activating support ninjutsu.
Increased the recovery speed of support gauge during Two-Man Team.
Shortened the time it takes for Substitution Gauge to start recovering.
Adjusted leader change function so it cannot be done while holding Counterattack.
Decreased the natural recovery speed of Chakra Gauge during Ninja Move and Jump
Increased the natural recovery speed of Chakra Gauge during attacks.
Extended the knock out length when Guard Break Attack is hit.

Bandai Namco teases that future updates and battle adjustments for Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections will come at a later date.
