    According to Anime FGC News, Arc System Works announced at the Arc World Tour 2023 Finals that Season 4 is currently under development. Season 3 is now coming to a close, as the last character will be revealed in May 2024. Arc System Works is preparing Season 4 beforehand to ensure a smooth transition between Seasons. The company did not provide any details on upcoming balance patches at this time.

    Many fans on social media are speculating that the teased character is Slayer. Slayer is a classic Guilty Gear character who has never missed a roster for any of the games. He is a vampire who pummels his opponent with powerful attacks and smokes from a pipe. The bats and smoke rising from the teaser make fans think it’s Slayer.

    Arc World Tour 2023 has come to a close, but tournament players can look forward to Arc World Tour 2024. The tour will consist of Guilty Gear Strive, Under Night In-Birth Sys:Celes, and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
