NEXON officially unveiled the release date for DNF Duel’s upcoming DLC character, Monk. This news comes from the official YouTube channel for DNF Duel, where they revealed a new gameplay trailer for Monk alongside it.
Two weeks ago, Monk was announced after a while of players experiencing Spectre, Brawler, and Battle Mage. Since then, DNF Duel fans wanted to know more about his release and gameplay. After a few weeks of waiting, the news is here.
DNF Duel Monk Trailer – What’s New
DNF Duel‘s official YouTube account posted a new trailer for Monk on February 29. The character arrives to the game on March 14, giving players more time to prepare for his release. For those wondering, there is no new stage released with him. Patch notes or balance adjustments have not been announced as of yet, but stay tuned.
Monk is a close-ranged character who punches his opponent with high-damage combos and Holy Fist techniques. He has a corner carry combo that gets his opponent straight into the corner. Also, he has a side-switch combo that can get him out of the corner. Monk might interest players who enjoy close-ranged combat and corner gameplay.
Additionally, the roadmap for DNF Duel continues to reveal extra information about the game’s future. A new character will appear in 2024, but an exact release date or month has not been announced.
