EVO announced the EVO 2024 announcement show will be held on February 6 at 5:00 p.m. PST. This broadcast will reveal the participating fighting games lineup for the upcoming tournament series, which will be held from July 19 to 21.
EVO 2024 dates have been moved up from the original July 26 to 28 schedule to July 19 to 21. The venue has been adjusted for next year’s show, and an extra convention day has been added. EVO 2024 is expected to feature major fighting game announcements throughout the weekend as players compete to be the best in their community.
EVO 2024 Announcement Show Start Time
The EVO 2024 announcement show will be held live on the official EVO Twitch and YouTube channels on February 6 at 5:00 p.m. PST / 8:00 p.m. EST. The livestream will reveal the fighting games that will participate in this year’s event. Major event related announcement will likely come as well.

- Pacific Daylight Time: 5:00 p.m. PST
- Mountain Daylight Time: 6:00 p.m. MDT
- Central Daylight Time: 7:00 p.m. CDT
- Eastern Daylight Time: 8:00 p.m. EST
- Greenwich Mean Time: 1:00 a.m. GMT

Previously, Thiher revealed that EVO Japan will return on April 27 to 29, 2024 in Tokyo. The event will be held in the Ariake GYM-EX, the site of Tokyo 2020 Olympics. EVO Japan 2024 is sponsored by Rohto, so attendees can expect the Rohto Z Man mascot to return as well.
EVO 2023 is one of the most successful fighting game events of all time with a new attendance record exceeding 20,000 attendees. Founders Tom and Tony Cannon were given the keys to Las Vegas, and EVO Day is now officially recognized for August 6 in Nevada. During this same event, EVO confirmed that it would be moving to a July schedule instead of the traditional August schedule.
Lastly, EVO 2024 will take place from July 19 to 21 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
