Crunchyroll announced the new ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess anime series will be released weekly on its streaming service! The first episode of ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess will air on January 8.
Shueisha published Robinson Haruhara and Hirakei’s ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess manga in 2019, and its still ongoing in 2024. Nearly five years after the manga began, Pine Jam will produce and release the official anime adaptation. Ahead of the January 8 premiere, Crunchyroll confirmed that ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess is part of its winter 2024 catalog.
‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess Premieres on Crunchyroll Soon
Episode 1 of the ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess anime will premiere on January 8 at 24:00 JST on Tokyo MX and BS11, and Crunchyroll will stream the anime series as it premieres in Japan on January 8. An exact time for the English release was not announced yet, however. 12 episodes will likely be released during the season.

shallm will perform the opening theme song “Massakasa Magic!” and LEEVELLES will perform the ending theme song “Ashita was Ashita no Kaze ga Fuku.” Yōko Kanemori will direct the series, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is writing its scripts, while both Toshiya Kōno and Satoshi Furuhashi will be the series’ character designers. Lastly, Masaru Yokoyama will compose the music for the anime.
