Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 Gets New Teaser Trailer

    Dragon Ball news coming at the start of the new year.

    Bandai Namco shared a new teaser trailer and visual for the upcoming Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 event, which will take place from January 27 to January 28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The key visual depicts Goku and Vegeta in their iconic base Super Saiyan forms. 

    Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour is the premier event for anything relating to Dragon Ball games, including card games and mobile games. The upcoming event will feature news about current and upcoming Dragon Ball games alongside the newly announced Dragon Ball Daima anime series. 

    Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 Teaser

    The new teaser trailer for Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 reconfirms the games that will appear at the showcase. Fans can expect updates about Dragon Ball FighterZ, Dragon Ball Card Game, Dragon Ball Legends, and Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle. New details about the Dragon Ball Daima anime series will also be revealed. The new Budokai Tenkaichi game may be shown again, but Bandai Namco did not confirm the game’s presence for the show. A brief snippet of the trailer does show a classic Budokai Tenkaichi game, so this could be a subtle tease of what’s to come.

    Moreover, spectator registration and tournament registration for participating titles at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 is now live on the official website. An official event overview has been updated into the website as well, and fans can expect more Dragon Ball updates in the very near future. 

    Last year’s event was notable due to the reveal of a new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game. The new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game, which is currently in development at Bandai Namco, is expected to launch in 2024 at the earliest. The reveal trailer showed Goku powering up to his Super Saiyan Blue transformation from Dragon Ball Super. Lastly, the new game was recently trademarked with the Sparking! Zero title by Bandai Namco in the US.
