Front Mission 2: Remake Patch Details

In a recent post on its official Twitter account, Forever Entertainment stated the following:

    Dear Players,

Thank you for your interest in FRONT MISSION 2: Remake and for the numerous feedback we’ve received since the premiere, which is invaluable for us to continue improving the game.

We want to assure you that we are already hard at work on updates and improvements, including bug fixes and further work on localization to meet your standards.
We appreciate your ongoing support and apologize for any inconveniences.

    Sincerely,

    Forever Entertainment Team

The patches will likely continue to fix certain bugs, issues, and more. According to Forever Entertainment, patch notes will be available soon. The official Nintendo eShop page further describes the game’s central premise.

In the year 2102, the world’s conflicts are fought using giant war machines called Wanzers. In the impoverished People’s Republic of Alordesh, soldiers of the Alordesh Army, grieving over their country’s plight, rise up en masse. Calling themselves the Revolutionary Army, they declare independence from the O.C.U. (Oceania Cooperative Union).

Ash, an O.C.U. soldier, manages to survive the ensuing battle, but Alordesh is completely overrun by the Revolutionary Army. Ash and his surviving teammates infiltrate Alordesh’s chaotic underground in attempt to escape the country. However, they soon discover that there is a huge conspiracy behind the coup.

FRONT MISSION 2: Remake preserves the mature story, strategic turn-based combat, and Wanzer customization options that the original was renowned for, while updating the visuals and adding new features and enhancements.

Lastly, Front Mission 2: Remake is exclusively available on the Nintendo Switch. Details on the first patch will be available in the coming weeks.
