NAYUTA STUDIO has announced that their upcoming horror game, Hollow Cocoon, will release on December 7. A demo is available now exclusively on Steam.
NAYUTA STUDIO is known for its works on adventure games such as CINERIS SOMNIA. Hollow Cocoon will have a deep story, multiple endings, and more. More information about the upcoming game is available on its official Steam page.
Hollow Cocoon Demo Available Now
The demo for Hollow Cocoon is available exclusively on PC via Steam. Items acquired in the demo, such as “Winning Tickets,” can be carried over to the full version of the game when it launches. Development for the upcoming game is in its “final stages,” according to the developers.
NAYUTA STUDIO has stated that Hollo” Cocoon is a “first-person horror adventure game set in 1980s Japan.” They go on to mention that it will include the following features:
- Multiple Endings
Experience a captivating story with four unique endings.
Your choices will lead the story down different branching paths. - Difficulty Selection
Choose from three difficulty options.
Whether you want to just enjoy the story or seek a challenging experience, the game can accommodate your needs.
*You can switch to a lower difficulty during gameplay (Note: The difficulty cannot be raised). - Auto-Saving
Both auto-save and manual save options are available.
Even if you get a game over, you can immediately restart from the last checkpoint. - Motion Sickness Reduction
To alleviate motion sickness, various features are available, including adjustable viewing angles, a central dot display, and the option to disable camera shaking.
Multiple functions are provided to minimize motion sickness caused by visuals.
Lastly, Hollow Cocoon will release on PC via Steam on December 7. At the time of writing, the developers have not yet confirmed the game’s exact release date or if it will release on consoles.
