The staff of the recently released anime Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions have revealed nine more cast members that will be part of the series. The first episode is available now on Crunchyroll.
Manga author Akira Amano first published Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective in 2020. The series has eleven volumes as of April 2023. Manga Plus currently publishes the manga digitally in English.
Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions Cast
The anime’s staff has confirmed that the following cast members will be joining the series:
- Kikuko Inoue as Aimee Emmerich
- Kazuhiro Yamaji as John Grizzly
- Hiroki Tōchi as Vice Principal
- Kenjiro Tsuda as Dr. Hilsh
- Ryusei Nakao as Disguise Instructor
- Megumi Han as Fin Fennec
- Kenji Nomura as Schedule Instructor
- Ai Kakuma as Older Sister
- Manaka Iwami as Younger Sister
They will be joining the likes of Yōhei Azakami as the titular character and Junya Enoki as Totomaru “Toto” Ishiki. Fans can expect to learn more about all of the characters mentioned above in the upcoming episodes.
MANGA Plus has the entirety of the manga on its website for those looking to dive into the source material before watching the anime. Additionally, the first episode of the anime is available on Crunchyroll. The streaming service describes it as follows:
Ron Kamonohashi was once regarded as a genius at the top detective training academy. But after a fatal mistake, he was expelled and forbidden to become a detective. Years later, police officer Totomaru Isshiki knocks on Ron’s door seeking help on a serial murder case. He finds Ron, now a messy-haired recluse, who agrees. Together, this mismatched detective team begins solving their first mystery!
Lastly, Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions Episode 2 will air on October 9. The following episodes will be available on AT-X, Tokyo MX, and other related channels. The series will also be streamed on Crunchyroll as it airs.
