CreSpirit, Neverland Entertainment, and GemaYue announced side-scrolling action game TEVI launches on November 30 for Nintendo Switch and PC. The new title will also be released on PlayStation and Xbox consoles in 2024.
TEVI is an exciting Metroidvania-style action game from the developers of Rabi-Ribi. A playtest was held this past July, allowing players to try out the game and send crucial feedback to the developers. A new demo is now available on Steam, and fans won’t have to wait long for the full release.
TEVI Comes to PC and Switch First
In a new Steam blog post and trailer, CreSpirit, Neverland Entertainment, and GemaYue confirmed TEVI will release first on November 30 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The game will be released in 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Moreover, the developers confirm support for English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese language options for TEVI.
Those who don’t want to wait for the full game may now play the new TEVI demo on Steam. The demo includes improvements and adjustments to gameplay following the playtest. Item acquisition is also improved to make gameplay feel quicker as well. The developers reiterate that the demo is just a small portion of the full game, which includes over 200 different enemies and more than 300 collectible items.
“We sincerely appreciate the support of players during the playtest event,” the official TEVI blog post reads, “We have gathered valuable feedback and opinion, which we have taken those into account to adjust the game! Therefore, we are excited to introduce the TEVI demo version. Players can play and share it with friends at any time. In the demo version, we have made slight adjustments to the gameplay and item acquisition for players to experience the core content of the game much quicker. The full version will include more systems, skills, areas, more than 200 different enemies, and over 300 collectible items.”
