    Fire Emblem Heroes Adds Ascended Ced, Rearmed Plumeria, and More

    The Wind Sage and Dökkálfr join the fray with new powers.

    Nintendo and Intelligent Systems revealed that Ascended Ced and Rearmed Plumeria are heading to Fire Emblem Heroes in a new summoning event. These two heroes will be joined by two others from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.

    Just one week ago, the winds blessed four new Fire Emblem Heroes units, including Claude from Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Kagero (duo unit with Orochi) from Fire Emblem Fates. These heroes will be available until October 7 alongside another new summoning event that fans may want to keep their eyes on. 

    Ascended Ced, Rearmed Plumeria, and New Units in Fire Emblem Heroes

    Ascended Ced, Rearmed Plumeria, Febail, and Fee will be available as new units in a single Fire Emblem Heroes summoning event starting September 15 at 12:00 a.m. PDT / 3:00 a.m. EDT. Firstly, Ascended Ced is powered up Wind Sage from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 and Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. Ced comes equiped with the Heired Forseti green tome, which grants ATK/SPD+6 when the unit’s health is greater than 25%. His other skills including the Blazing Wind Special, ATK/SPD Ideal 4, Special Spiral 4, and Infantry Pulse 4. In short, he will benefit greatly from ATK/SPD buffs, additional Special trigger damage, and shorter Special Trigger cooldown as a green magic user. Ced is joined by Febail and Fee from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, and Arion will be featured in the next Grand Hero Battle on September 16.

    Rearmed Plumeria begins her attack with the Arcane Euphoria blue tome, which grants ATK/SPD/DEF/RES+5 and a guaranteed follow-up attack when the unit’s health is above 25%. This special tome also reduces damage from the foe’s first attack by 30% and deals additional damage under the aforementioned conditions for health. Rearmed Plumeria’s skills include Cloying Dreams, Still Water 4, Wings of Mercy 4, and DEF/RES Ploy 3. She excels at inflicting DEF/RES debuffs while buffing herself and her allies in battle.
