Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja confirm the new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty ‘Conqueror of Jiangdong’ DLC launches September 27. This is the second major DLC pack for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, and fans can expect a slew of content.
Earlier this June, Koei Tecmo revealed an extensive roadmap for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty updates and DLC releasing in the remainder of 2023. Fans can expect a free update alongside the new Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC
According to Koei Tecmo, Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC launches on September 27 with new weapon types, story missions, a new difficulty level, new enemies and a Divine Beast, new equipment and rarity, and new end-game content. Alongside the new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC, a new collaboration with Lies of P will be held. The collaboration will be introduced in a free update with a new wizardry spell and major adjustments.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will receive even more content leading into the end of the year. The latest roadmap reveals a free update will release in October with balance adjustments and feature improvements. In November, Koei Tecmo will introduce a Nioh series collaboration event in a new update alongside more balance adjustments and feature improvements. Director and producer Masakazu Hirayama confirms that the new content will be “different” than the Naraka: Bladepoint collaboration.
In December, another new Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty update will release with balance adjustments and a new Wizardry Spell. The third paid DLC, “Upheaval in Jingxiang,” will release with new weapons, a new story, new missions, a new difficulty level, more enemies, a new Divine Beast, and much more. This new DLC will expand upon Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’s end-game content once more. Further, additional fixes and updates will be coming to the PC version in order to improve the overall player experience.
Finally, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
