Splatoon 3 players may try out the new Dread Wringer weapon when Drizzle Season launches. Unlike previous sloshers, this slosher fires two dollops of ink at once. Fans can also expect the return of Salmonid Smokeyard in Salmon Run, and new gear will be available at the Grizzco rewards counter. Moreover, the next Big Run event is set for September 1 at 5 PM PDT to September 3 at 5 p.m. PDT. Fans won’t have to wait much time at all to starting grinding Big Run once the new Season goes live. Further, players will be able to use the new Adjust Gear option while trying on select headgear and clothing items.

The Heavy Edit Splatling is one of the new weapons arriving in Splatoon 3 Drizzle Season. This Splatling fires at an extremely high fire rate when fully charged. The weapon still offers high mobility. Nintendo also teases the sheer amount of new gear that will be obtainable in Drizzle Season.

Nintendo also revealed that new Splatoon 3 amiibo will be released on November 17. Three amiibo each bring one of the three members of Splatoon 3‘s idol group, Deep Cut, to life. Specifically, these amiibo depict Big Man, Shiver, and Frye. If you scan the amiibo on your Nintendo Switch, you’ll be able to get exclusive gear, take photos with the characters using the game’s photo mode, and more. While Nintendo hasn’t yet confirmed the price for each amiibo yet, it’s expected to be around $14.99.

The Octobrush Nouveau will make its debut as a heavier Inkbrush with a wider ink patch and splat. A Custom Goo Tuber will also be introduced with Fizzy Bombs and Ultra Stamps.

August 23

The Sorella Brella may be similar to the Splat Brella, but it comes equipped with Autobombs and the Inkjet. This new umbrella weapon includes a slightly different design as well.

The Bloblobber Deco comes with a fresh new design and loadout featuring the Angle Shooter and Kraken Royale. In addition, fans can look forward to the Ballpoint Splatling Nouveau. This Ballpoint Splatling includes Ink Mines and the Ink Vac.

The Sloshing Machine Neo is upgraded with a sticker, Nintendo says. The sticker has no effect, but the new loadout featuring the Point Sensors and Trizooka are quite lethal.

Fans may also look forward to the Inkline Tri-Stringer in Splatoon 3 Drizzle Season. The Inkline brand collaborated with the makers of the Tri-Stringer for a powerful weapon featuring the Sprinkler and Super Chump. Super Chump users may also look forward to playing with the new Gold Dynamo Roller with Splat Bombs.

August 25

A new Deep Cut song is finally here! Fans may look forward to the “Big Betrayal” track during the upcoming Splatfest, too.

In Drizzle Season, players will have an option to set notifications whenever a friend uploads a replay. A new notification may also be activated to friends after you receive a “sweet item” from the Shell-Out Machine, and vice-versa. Moreover, players will be able to go into recon directly from the Stages menu.

Lastly, Splatoon 3 is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
