How and When Can You Access Starfield Early?
Only players who have purchased the Constellation or Premium Edition of the game will be able to play Starfield early. The Constellation Edition costs $299.89 and includes several physical goodies, including a custom watch. Unfortunately, it is currently out of stock. The Premium Edition is available for fans purchasing the game digitally. It costs over $99.99 and includes:

- Shattered Space Story Expansion (Upon Release)
- Up to Five Days Early Access

Further, if you have already purchased the game’s standard edition or are hoping to get it through Game Pass, you can upgrade to a Premium Edition for $34.99. Early Access will begin on the following dates:
- Thursday, August 31, in the US
- 5 PM PDT
- 8 PM EDT
- Friday, September 1 in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe
- 9 AM JST
- 1 AM BST
Those who have purchased the Premium Edition can play Starfield on August 31/September 1 with no restrictions. Lastly, the game will be playable for everyone else on September 6. Starfield will be available exclusively on the Xbox Series X|S and PC.
