Type-Moon and Koei Tecmo revealed a new opening animation for Omega Force-developed action RPG Fate/Samurai Remnant. Additionally, more Servants have been revealed, including Rogue Caster and Rogue Assassin.
Fate/Samurai Remnant players will explore a new a new Fate story set in the 4th year of the Keian Era, Edo Period in Japan. Protagonist Miyamoto Iori may forge bonds with several servants including Miyamoto Musashi, Cú Chulainn, and Tamamo Aria. Iori is also supported by a trusty new Saber, the duo will come into contact with several Rogue Servants.
Fate/Samurai Remnant Opening Animation and New Servants
The Fate/Samurai Remnant opening animation was animated by Cloverworks, who recently animated Fate/Grand Order Memorial Movie 2023. LICCA and Spiral Radder perform the theme song “Zanya Gensou”. Nakaya Onsen served as the director for the new opening animation. Additionally, an update to the official website for Fate/Samurai Remnant reveals Caster, Rogue Caster, Rogue Assassin, and Boss.

A Servant of the Caster class. He seems to be involved in some dark activities behind the Waxing Moon Ritual, but no further information about his purpose or true identity is known.
Rogue Caster – CV / Himika Akaneya
“Sorry to keep you waiting, my piglets-to-be!
Were you lonely without your owner? I bet you were!”
A Rogue Servant of the Caster class.
She is a mischievous witch with wings like a hawk.
With her magical talents, she plays tricks on those who oppose her.
Rogue Assassin – CV / Kunihiko Yasui
“A warrior kills — it’s our nature.
Some goals cannot be reached without accepting that.”
A Rogue Servant of the Assassin class.
He is a sharp-eyed old man wearing an unfamiliar garb.
He is a kung-fu fighter who fights only with his fists, but his fighting style has not been found in any past records.
Boss – CV / Tomokazu Seki
“I am the true and rightful king of all creation! And on top of that,
I currently work as a textile wholesaler.”
The boss of Babyloni-ya, a textile wholesale store that suddenly opened in Asakusa. He is always arrogant and hubristic, and even calls Iori and the others “mongrels.”
He is sometimes seen surrounded by children who visit his store.
