Naraka: Bladepoint launches its highly anticipated NieR collaboration today, August 9, with several free rewards. To commemorate the collaboration’s launch, a new music video was released, and several more details were revealed.
Naraka: Bladepoint is a “mythical melee” battle royale game with over 20 million total players since launch. The PlayStation 5 version launched on July 13, coinciding with the game’s shift to a free-to-play model. Moreover, the game supports cross-play across all platforms, and a new NieR collaboration brings the game’s iconic characters and weapons to Naraka: Bladepoint.
Naraka: Bladepoint x NieR Collaboration Is Live
The Naraka: Bladepoint and NieR collaboration event is now live on all platforms with several in-game event rewards to earn. These rewards include the Replicant Moonrise longsword skin, the Automata Emil headwear, and more. Additional rewards may be earned from the H5 mini game and Twitch drips starting today. 2B and 9S hero outfits are available in the in-game store, and A2, Kaine, and Nier outfits are coming soon. Moreover, the Virtuous Trinity greatsword and Cruel Oath katana skins are available in the in-game store. More weapon skills will be added at a later date, and the 2P bonus outfit is coming soon as well.

To celebrate the event’s launch, a new theme song titled “The Flame of Fate” was uploaded to Naraka: Bladepoint’s YouTube channel. Additionally, several mobile and desktop wallpapers are available now on the game’s official website. More details about the additional her outfits and rewards will be revealed soon.
