Street Fighter 6: Where to Find All the Masters

Where to learn from the best.

One of the most beloved parts of Street Fighter 6 is undoubtedly the World Tour mode. It combines in-depth open areas with the classical combat of Street Fighter. Within World Tour, you can find several Masters that take the form of the Street Fighter 6 roster. They teach you their fighting style, special moves, and supers. Each of the eighteen masters is scattered across the entire world map. Here’s your guide on how to find all of the masters.

How Do the Masters Work in Street Fighter 6?

Street Fighter 6 launch roster, every character, all characters

Each of the masters can be encountered around the world map. Sometimes they are discovered through mandatory story sequences and hidden just out of plain sight. When you meet them, you automatically learn their fighting style. The more you use it, the more their styles level up. You get access to more special moves and supers as they level up.

You can also gift them purchasable items so your bond with them increases. A higher bond allows you to summon the masters in battle, leading to unique interactions and side quests. It’s not a dating minigame but another special layer to the world tour mode.

    Luke

Luke is the first master you encounter in Street Fighter 6’s World Tour mode. He is first discovered in the opening moments of the World Tour in the Metro City, USA Gym. Luke can be located in both the day and night cycles in Metro City. It is impossible to miss him.

    Chun-Li

You can meet Chun-Li in Chapter 2-1. After Luke allows the player to roam Metro City freely, you are given a mission to find her at the entrance of Chinatown. When you enter the town, a cutscene plays, and Chun-Li is revealed to the player. Talk to her, and you can learn techniques like the Spinning Bird Kick.

    Marisa

Marisa is the next master you meet in the game. The opportunity to learn her fighting style begins in Chapter 3-3. First, you must meet with Counterfeiter Leonardo near the south of Metro City. This is part of the ‘Search for the Bag’ mission. He’ll first ask you to acquire some leather for a counterfeit bag. Fight two NPCs named “Roughest Rider” and return to the Counterfeiter.

After you do, he will give you a plane ticket to Italy. When you click on Italy in the World Map, Marisa’s cutscene is triggered. After that, you have to fight her. Don’t worry: it doesn’t matter whether you win or lose the fight. All you need to do is talk to her after the fight, and you will officially have learned her fighting style.

    Lily

Lily in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

Lily is one of the more difficult masters to find in World Tour. She can first be unlocked in a side quest called “The Spirit Guide” in Chapter 4-1. On the map, there’s a character in Beat Square named Ana. Speak with her to initiate the quest, then head into Chinatown to find another NPC. You’ll next be looking for a Mad Gear Box Head named Zimo. Defeat him, return to Ana, and then you’ll be prompted to go to the Thunderfoot Settlement in Mexico.

Access it via the World Map, and you’ll meet Lily. Like with Marisa, all you need to do is fight her and talk to her afterward, regardless if you win or lose the fight. Congratulations, you have learned to fight like Lily.

    Blanka and Dee Jay

Blanka in Street Fighter 6's world tour.

After fighting Juri, Luke gives you a mission called ‘Hard Reboot.’ Two locations on the World Map are opened: ‘Ranger’s Hut’ in Brazil and ‘Bather’s Beach’ in Jamaica. The former is where you meet Blanka. Talk to him for a dialogue prompt on disguising as the “Mythical Blanka-Chan.” A cutscene will trigger, and you will have learned Blanka’s fighting style.

When you’re done in Brazil, go over to Jamaica to meet Dee Jay. Fight him in battle and talk to him immediately after. After several dialogue options, you will officially have Dee Jay as one of your masters.

    Cammy

Like Lily, Cammy can only be found through an optional side quest. In Chapter 7-1, Luke will give you a Metro Pass. When you go into the subway for the first time, you’ll meet an NPC as part of a side quest called ‘Special Unit Del-.’ Head downtown to find and defeat five Mad Gear Dancers. After you take them out, return to the NPC that started the mission. He’ll give you a ticket to King’s Street in England, where you can find Cammy. Talk to her, fight her, and she’ll become one of your masters.

    Manon

Manon, one of the masters in SF6's world tour

Manon can also be found in a side quest. She’ll be available to see in Chapter 7-3. To begin the side quest, you must find a man in Beat Square named Manager Oscar. He’ll be standing in front of the bright red stairs. You have to buy a Judo Gi from the Drippin’ Style Store. In total, both items you need cost 10800 zenny. When you show Oscar your attire, you’ll get the option to go to France.

When you meet Manon, she’s filming a movie. To get to her, you have to fight three nearby extras. Once you do, you can fight Manon. After fighting Manon, she’ll teach you her fighting style.

    Ken

Ken, one of Street Fighter 6's Masters.

One of the other masters in Street Fighter 6 is Ken. While you can meet him in a main quest in Chapter 8-3, you can find him much earlier. All you need is a construction helmet. To get one, you can buy it in the Urban Park clothing store or find it in a quest right outside of the Construction Site near Beat Square.

Once you get the helmet, enter the construction site and get a cutscene showcasing Ken. Go up the stairs in the area, talk to Ken to fight him, and then you will learn his fighting style.

    Ryu

Ryu is found right after talking to E. Honda. Once you’re done with Honda’s dialogue tree, you can travel to Japan. When you go there, Ryu’s cutscene will play out. Take a picture of him, talk to him, and Ryu will teach you his skills.

    Jamie

The following two masters in World Tour can be found in the world, not necessarily through the side or main quests. The first is Jamie. When you reach 8-4, go to the hangout to switch to nighttime. Then, head to Beat Street Hong Hu Men. There are a few ladders that you need to traverse. Once you do, you will find Jamie at the top of a rooftop. Just talk to him like the rest, and a cutscene will trigger. Jamie’s skills are now your skills.

    Kimberly

Kimberly can be found at night as early as Chapter 8-7. Go to the top of the Police Headquarters next to Beat Square. Once you do, you’ll see Kimberly leaning on the railings. Talk to her, trigger her cutscene, and learn her moves.

    Guile

Guile is found as part of a main quest in 8-7. You’re told to wear the lab coat you acquired earlier and go to Grace Marina. It will be marked on the map. Talk to an NPC named Curtis, and you will be granted access to the aircraft carrier Byron Taylor. Next, you’ll be asked to defeat three drones causing trouble. Once you do, you will see a cutscene of Guile in action. Talk to him twice, and you’ll learn from him like the other masters before him.

    Zangief

Zangief in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

You will find both Zangief and Dhalsim starting in 9-2. You can find the former through a side quest in Urban Park. When it’s nighttime, find an NPC named Uou to trigger the ‘Hither and Tither’ side quest. Next, talk to Saou, whose on the other side of the arena stairs. He’ll tell you to fight Uou. Once you beat him, you’ll be allowed to go to Russia. A cutscene will play. Once it finishes, talk to him like you have with other masters.

    Dhalsim

Dhalsim is one of three characters that you will find through Nayshall. Nayshall is one of the other hub areas in the game, alongside Metro City. During the day, travel to the southernmost part of the map to see an NPC named Anik. He’ll sell you a statue for 7,000 zenny. The item is the key to finding Dhalsim, so take it. Next, travel back to Beat Square and switch to nighttime. Next, return to Anik, fight him, and he’ll give you a ticket to India. Talk to Dhalsim, and you’ll learn how to teleport and breathe fire.

    Juri

A picture of Juri during a cutscene of World Tour

Juri is the second to last master you can find in World Tour. You can find her through a side quest in 12-1 called ‘A Hardboiled Adventure.’ Go to the Central Bazaar in Nayshall during the day to find an NPC named Govind. You will have to interview two nearby NPCs named Sandal and Capana. Turn day to night through the Nayshall hideout you just unlocked. You’ll next need to find Govind using the quest marker. After you fight him, Juri will spawn. Once you talk to her, you will have to fight her. After the fight, speak to her a few times to learn her style.

    JP

Lastly, there is JP. JP will be available after you beat the game. Turn day to night, then fast travel to Suval’hal Arena Entrance. JP will appear above some stairs. Finally, talk to him, and he’ll offer to teach you his techniques.
